ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders can be processed and shipped same day, or within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that our fulfillment centers are closed on weekends and any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following business day. Shipment tracking information is routinely provided via e-mail shortly after an order is fulfilled. We will attempt a best effort to accommodate special orders and atypical shipping requests which will normally require additional lead time for production and delivery.

SHIPPING

Orders placed after 2:30 pm will be shipped the following business day.

Please note that overweight or large-quantity orders may require special shipping with an LTL freight carrier. Extra fees may include pallet, lift gate, and other services if required. Transit time for all shipments is typically 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee at checkout. Please contact us if overnight shipping is desired. Shipping offers are available to the contiguous United States only.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Demo Kits: We do not accept returns of Demo Kits or Sample Kits.

For all other products: If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail info@stoneandtile.design for our return instructions. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned in unused condition and in undamaged original packaging. Buyer must obtain shipping instructions from Stone and Tile Design before returning any items. Returns must be sent to the correct shipping address in order to receive a refund or credit. Buyer is financially responsible for the return of the item. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged but can be waived if purchasing other products of equal or greater value. Samples, demo kits, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 10 days following inspection and approval.

StoneandTile.Design follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics.
